How do I manage my bookings?

You can manage each client booking online or through the KEYS app. Simply click on the “Show all bookings” and the three dots. This will show you all the options and actions you can perform with each booking.

KEYS is Hyperlocal, but what does Hyperlocal means?

Hyperlocal refers to KEYS strategy for supporting local small business within a specified geographical zone (1.5km), meaning your business doesn’t have to compete with other businesses that aren’t local or within your 1.5km zone. Both local residents and local small businesses can both utilise the KEYS platform to grow their business within these zones, thus allowing them to prosper.

Simply log into your Keys account and select “My Business”. Here you can manage all the options associated with your business page.
